As a Fitness Instructor Specialist, I bring a well rounded and versatile style of group fitness. My goal is to improve your overall fitness level – through endurance, strength and balance training. My classes are designed for ultimate results. They are high energy, exciting and challenging. HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) includes quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, active recoveries. This means your heart rate does not drop too low and you burn more calories for a longer period of time!

As an Active Aging Specialist, I bring knowledge and fun to group fitness. My goal is for you to live your best life possible by improving your endurance, strength and balance. I specialize in developing classes with modifications for back injuries, sciatica, knee and hip replacements and many others. There is always an option for you to keep moving!
